1. How long will it take to ship my order?

All Lovewell items are handmade with care. Orders usually ship within 3–5 business days. Canadian delivery typically takes 5–10 business days once shipped.

2. Do you ship outside Canada?

Currently we ship across Canada. If you’re outside Canada, please contact us before ordering to discuss shipping options.

3. Can I request a custom item or fabric?

Yes! We love creating special pieces. Please email or DM us on Instagram to discuss custom orders.

4. How do I care for my Lovewell products?

All Lovewell pieces are handmade with care using upcycled, secondhand, thrifted or free clothing & materials. They are one-of-a-kind, so it might have some flaws…but who doesn’t? Please hand wash with love, if necessary, so your piece can live its best second life with you. If you do put our pieces in the wash please turn them inside out to protect the designs. 

5. What is your return policy?

Because everything is handmade, returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

6. What materials do you use?

We source all our fabric and materials secondhand to help keep costs low and to keep pieces as sustainable and unique as possible. Clothing and fabric are found at thrift stores, garage and estate sales, free giveaways or donated. Our room sprays are made with natural ingredients. Each listing includes details.

7. Do you offer local pickup?

Yes of course! If you’re local to the GTA we offer free local delivery for a 40km radius. I'll email you to arrange a drop-off time! Deliveries made on weekends.

Yes, of course! If you’re local to the GTA, we would love to keep your order cost low by not having to ship, if possible, and love meeting you in person! Send us a message and we’ll discuss if pickup is possible.
